An outsourcing agreement goes through 3 major steps:

sourcing strategy
evaluation
selection & contract development

Each of these has its own challenges, and enterprises must move carefully through each step to avoid mistakes. We support our clients with methods and recommendations that guide them through each step.

In the sourcing strategy we help our clients establish clear criteria for evaluating the functions which should be outsourced.

During the evaluation and selection we help them to prepare a detailed request for proposal (RFP).

In the contract phase it is important to consider a deal that meets the long-term needs for change.
