The METRI IT Services Review offers our clients a structured methodology for providing a baseline of IT performance. Five criteria are used to compare performance against a peer group:

Cost (Efficiency)
Productivity (Full Time Equivalent - FTE)
Quality (Service Level Agreement - SLA)
Complexity
Processes (IT Infrastructure Library - ITIL)

A comparison can be performed against Internal Service Providers (ISPs) or against External Service Providers (ESPs).
