Our benchmarks look beyond
cost and productivity.
Whilst traditional benchmarks primarily focus on costs and productivity,
our IT Service Reviews focus on 5 parameters: costs, quality of services
described in SLA’s, maturity of processes according to ITIL and CMM, productivity
of people and complexity of the organisation.

METRI uses a service- oriented
benchmarking model.
In this model each specific component
is measured and valued (Component Based Measurement®). The client service
structure is not compromised in the comparison and the peer is shaped to
the client service model instead of shaping the client to the peer.

We maximise the return of
internal IT departments and external service providers.
METRI is the only benchmarker who can define a complete action plan to be executed in order to maximise the
performance of both internal IT departments and external service providers.

We also examine whether you
are doing the right things.
METRI doesn’t just examine if you are doing the things right, but also if you
are doing the right things. Clients can optimise their efficiency and
effectiveness in terms of cost, quality,
processes, productivity and complexity. They can also define the IT project portfolio with the highest business
added-value, in
one single exercise and in a short time frame (3 months).
