| In order to strengthen our consulting team, we are looking for a motivated independently operating senior consultant. | |
| Job Definition | |
| - | Has a leading role in the projects which are carried out at our relations; Possible research projects are ICT Benchmarks in both applicative and infrastructure areas; creating Service Catalogues; advising our clients about the structure of a cost model for charge back systems or internal drivers; advising about an RFP route; optimising the effectiveness of the ICT environment and the added value of the ICT for the business; a.o.; |
| - | In cooperation with the other members of the consulting team working on maintaining METRI's leading role on Service Orientated benchmarking by development and by transforming the needs of our customers into new benchmark concepts; |
| - | Preparing progress reports and realising them according to the agreement, which ensures the customer's satisfaction; |
| - | Working in close cooperation with relation managers to discuss business opportunities and to handle these business opportunities, in dialogue with the customer, on a proactive manner; |
| - | Counselling consultants so that they are able to independently execute projects and have a career within METRI. |
| Profile | |
| - | Academic education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) or a relevant MBA degree; |
| - | 6 to 8 years of experience in ICT advisement, project leadership and/or implementation of processes or cost structures; |
| - | Knowledge of and insight into business strategy and their impact into the ICT strategy and project portfolio; |
| - | Enthusiastic person with excellent communicative qualities and who can inspire his/her team members; |
| - | Being a team player with high ambition and results driven are import parts of your personality; |
| - | Having an innovative and creative spirit; |
| - | Experience in political sensitive projects where independent advise is leading. |
