| Job Definition | |
| - | Working on projects in cooperation with a project leader for the top 500 organisations worldwide. Possible research projects are ICT Benchmarks in both applicative and infrastructure areas; creating Service Catalogues; advising our clients about the structure of a cost model for charge back systems or internal drivers; advising about an RFP route; a.o.; |
| - | Preparing progress reports and giving support for optimising the satisfaction of our customers; |
| - | Working in close cooperation with relation managers to discuss business opportunities and to handle these business opportunities on a proactive manner in dialogue with the customer. |
| Profile | |
| - | Academic education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) or a relevant MBA degree; |
| - | 2 to 4 years of experience in ICT advisement and/or implementation of processes or cost structures; |
| - | Enthusiastic person who likes to work in a team; |
| - | Inquisitive and open to new challenges; |
| - | Good communicative skills, result driven and ambitious. |
